Cancellation Policy
The Osoyoos Golf Club is a semi-private course open to the public 7-days a week. During the peak season it is not uncommon to have groups of golfers show up looking for same-day play. In order to accommodate these requests, we ask for your cooperation in making all changes and cancellations in advance.
  • Groups of 4 players or less, within 24 hours
  • Groups of 8 players or more, within 48 hours
  • Groups of 16 players or more, within one week
Junior Golfers
Players must have their own set of golf clubs and must get the approval of the golf shop before they are allowed to play.  Generally, if the junior has a certified handicap, this is an adequate assurance that they have a fundamental understanding of the rules and golf course etiquette.   Juniors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. A Junior must hold a valid driver's license in order to operate a power cart at any time.

Rain Check Policy
Golfers, who are forced to quit mid-round due to inclement weather, will be provided a green fee credit (rain check) based on the number of holes completed.
  • if a golfer has completed less than 6 holes of a 9 hole green fee, a rain check for 9 holes will be issued
  • if a golfer has completed less than 14 holes of an 18 hole green fee, a rain check for 18 holes will be issued
Please speak to our Golf Shop staff prior to your round for complete terms and conditions regarding our rain checks.
