    Annual General Meeting

    OGC Board Nominations Now Open.

    We are currently seeking Executive Members interested in serving on the OGC Board of Directors. This is an opportunity to contribute your talents and expertise to your club and to assist in guiding and leading our organization into the future within the framework of our Vision, Mission and Governance Standards.

    Areas of expertise that would be of benefit to the Board include: finance/accounting; human resources; information technology; marketing; business or management experience.

    The deadline for nomination submission is September 15th, 2025.

    When nominations close, if the number of nominees exceed the positions available, an election will be held prior to the Fall General Meeting scheduled for October 20th, 2025.

    The following Board members will have their term expire as of October 20th, 2025, leaving five Board positions open to nominations:

    NOT seeking re-election: Brenda Hendrickson, Gary Stead, Sherry Chamberlain.

    Seeking Re-election: David Peterson, Doug Booth.

    There are four members remaining on the Board to complete the second year of their term: Alan Bajkov, Tim Alder, Alan Gow and Roger Pires.
